Did you purchase through our US Site and are looking to return an item? Youre in
the right place!

We want you to love the pieces youve received, just as much as weve loved
creating and seeing them come to life. If for any reason your order doesnt
work out as planned we have a 60-day return window - no questions asked...
well, maybe just some feedback so we can learn more!

Our 60-Day Warranty

> We have a 60-day return window for all items that are not discounted
30% or more on our site. The return window begins once your
package has been delivered to you.
> In the unlikely event that youve received an incorrect item, are missing
an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way please

Return Standards & Conditions

> We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!
o Exchange requests can be made for the same amount item.
o If your exchange request is unavailable due to stock, a
refund will be issued.

> Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
> Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
> Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
> Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.
will not be accepted
> Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be
accepted.
> Whether worn or unworn we cannot accept returns (for refunds or
exchanges) on any facemasks.

> Swimwear can be returned, if the original liner is still attached. If the
liner is not attached or removed at all we cannot accept any returns
(both refunds and exchanges) for these pieces due to hygiene
reasons.
> Some of our items do not come with tags so please do not be alarmed,
however, if tags were attached when you received the item please
keep them attached.
> At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels.

> For Domestic US shopping customers, we do have
the option of deducting the label cost from the
product cost of the items being returned or self-
shipping through the courier of your choice.
> For our International US shopping customers, we
have instructions for our self-shipping option using
the courier of your choice.

> If you are returning your entire order please note that the original
shipping costs are not refunded.
> If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5
business days of you being notified via email.

Can sale items be returned?
> Any items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and
cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any items discounted
less than 30% are not considered final sale and are welcome to be
returned within our 60-day window.
> If you received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order,
or your item is damaged in any way please submit a ticket to our
